Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician

You will monitor the manufacturing process or equipment indices using statistical methods to ensure quality. Recommend improvements to equipment processes using statistical techniques and other methodsIn your new role you will:* Monitor the manufacturing process or equipment indices using statistical methods to ensure quality* Recommend improvements to equipment processes using statistical techniques and other methods* Interact with other team members toward the solution of problems and the fulfillment of manufacturing objectives, and participates in Safety, 5S and Standard work culture* Makes routine decisions affecting production material, equipment, and processes* Participate in recommending improvements that result in sustained productivity gains* Troubleshoot, equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on 200MM AMAT, Speedfam, Lam and Semitool equipment platforms* Document all processes and maintenance performed* Perform other duties as assigned by managerYou are best equipped for this task if you have:* Ability to work in a Class 1 clean room environment* Prior experience in an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry* Requires good problem solving, trouble shooting, preventative maintenance and repair skills* 5-7 years of directly related experience within the industry* Experience with 200mm CMP equipment* High focus on a Safety, Quality, Delivery, Quality, and 5S culture
